Responsibilities Role: Handle back-office operations to enable field team on delivering best service while partnering with field them on reaching business targets and KPIs. Accountabilities: Follow-up on repair and maintenance due-plan for vehicles. Conduct weekly visits to locations to ensure guidelines and policies are being cascaded. Prepare Fuel cards, identify quantity needed, and finalize payment settlements for solar and gas. Conduct monthly inventory and report to Area SPVs. Undertake purchase cycle (POs and SAP settlements). Release shipping permit for fuel, tires, and spare-parts. Responsible for delivering daily, weekly, and monthly reports on repair and maintenance statuses, fuel consumption, car readiness, POs. Kilometers for each vehicle, car taxes, daily work orders, and weekly spending. Qualifications Skills: Bachelors degree Very good command in both written and spoken of Arabic and English languages. Strong communication skills. Strong analytical skills.
