Job Description
<strong>Client:<br><br></strong>A leading US based security service provider is looking for an experienced SAP Business Consultant with a background in SAP Finance and a proficiency in the PAPM module (Route Profitability, etc.). You will be responsible for providing comprehensive support to our clients by analyzing, troubleshooting, and resolving business process or functional application problems reported by end-users related to the Finance module.<br><br><strong>Responsibilities:<br><br></strong>Problem Analysis and Resolution:<br><ul><li> Investigate and diagnose issues reported by end-users in the Finance module, ensuring a thorough understanding of the problems encountered. </li><li> Develop and implement effective solutions to address identified issues promptly. </li><li> Collaborate with the development and technical teams for complex problem resolution. <br><br></li></ul>Bug Fixes, Upgrades, and Updates:<br><ul><li> Analyze and recommend necessary actions for bug fixes, system upgrades, and updates related to the Finance module. </li><li> Work closely with technical teams to test and validate proposed fixes and enhancements. <br><br></li></ul>Configuration and Business Process Mapping:<br><ul><li> Utilize your expertise in the PAPM module and Finance processes to configure SAP environments to optimize performance and functionality. </li><li> Collaborate with stakeholders to map business processes to SAP Finance functionalities effectively. <br><br></li></ul>Training and End-User Support:<br><ul><li> Assist in providing training to end-users on the effective use of SAP Finance modules to achieve business objectives. </li><li> Offer continuous support to end-users, addressing their queries and issues promptly. <br><br></li></ul>Operational Efficiency Improvement:<br><ul><li> Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency within the Finance module and propose enhancements. </li><li> Work with business stakeholders to streamline processes and improve the overall user experience. <br><br></li></ul><strong>Requirements:<br></strong><ul><li> Experience: 3-6 years of hands-on experience in SAP Finance with a focus on the PAPM module (Route Profitability, etc.). </li><li> ERP Finance Knowledge: Excellent understanding of ERP Finance processes and best practices. </li><li> SAP Configuration: Strong skills in configuring SAP environments to align with business requirements. </li><li> Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to analyze, diagnose, and provide effective solutions to complex business and technical problems. </li><li> Communication: Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with technical teams and end-users. </li><li> Business Process Mapping: Very good knowledge of business process mapping and its application in an SAP context. </li><li> Project Management : Ability to manage tasks and priorities effectively within project timelines. </li><li> Adaptability: Flexibility to adapt to changing project requirements and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. </li><li> Team Player: A collaborative mindset and the ability to work well within a team environment. </li><li> Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Information Technology, or related fields. <br><br></li></ul>Halian Group<br><br>With over 20 years of experience, we have come to understand that innovation is the only way to provide agile, practical solutions that transform businesses and careers.<br><br>Our resourcing and smart services help you to realize tomorrow’s potential.
