<p>Job Title: Salon Sales Representative – Based in Dubai, UEA</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Job Overview:</strong></p><p><br></p><p>We are looking for a highly motivated and outgoing Sales Representative to join our team. As a Salon Sales Representative, you will be responsible for visiting salons, presenting our RIOBELO products, and generating sales from salon clients. Your main objective will be to increase sales revenue by opening new accounts and maintaining relationships with existing ones.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><p><br></p><ul><li>Visit salons within a designated territory and introduce our RIOBELO products to salon owners and stylists</li><li>Build and maintain strong relationships with salon owners, managers, and stylists</li><li>Generate new business by identifying potential clients and closing sales</li><li>Create and execute effective sales strategies to meet and exceed sales goals</li><li>Conduct product demonstrations and educate salon staff on the features and benefits of our products</li><li>Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of our product line, pricing, and promotions</li><li>Work with the marketing team to coordinate product launches and promotions</li><li>Attend industry events and trade shows to build brand awareness and generate leads</li><li>Provide regular reports on sales activities and territory performance</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p><p><br></p><ul><li>2+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the beauty industry</li><li>Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets</li><li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills</li><li>Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients</li><li>Strong presentation and negotiation skills</li><li>Self-motivated and goal-oriented</li><li>Ability to work independently and as part of a team</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software</li><li>Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation</li><li>If you are a highly motivated individual with a passion for sales and the beauty industry, we would love to hear from you.
