This includes building relationships with customers, identifying their needs, offering appropriate services, and closing sales. The Salesperson will play a crucial role in achieving revenue targets, ensuring customer satisfaction, and promoting the center’s services.</span></p><p><br></p><ul><li>𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀:</li></ul><p><br></p><ul><li>Customer Relationship Management</li><li>Greet customers and create a welcoming atmosphere.</li><li>Engage with customers to understand their vehicle-related concerns and requirements.</li><li>Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through effective communication and rapport building.</li><li>Provide expert advice on available services and make recommendations based on customers’ needs.</li><li>Respond to inquiries promptly and provide accurate information about services, pricing, and timelines.</li><li>Follow up with customers to ensure their satisfaction and encourage repeat business.</li><li>Develop a comprehensive understanding of the service center’s offerings and pricing structure.</li><li>Accurately record customer information, service requests, and sales transactions.</li><li><span>Assist in scheduling appointments and coordinating service requests with technicians.</span></li></ul><p>. </p><ul><li>𝗤𝗨𝗔𝗟𝗜𝗙𝗜𝗖𝗔𝗧𝗜𝗢𝗡𝗦 𝗔𝗡𝗗 𝗦𝗞𝗜𝗟𝗟𝗦:</li></ul><p><br></p><ul><li>Proven experience in sales or customer service in the automotive industry.</li><li>Should have proper knowledge in Tires, batteries, lubricants and mechanical parts..</li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Strong negotiation and persuasive abilities</li><li>Solid product knowledge and understanding of automotive services.</li><li>Proficient in using computer systems and software for data entry and record-keeping.</li><li>Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, multitask, and meet sales targets.</li><li>Customer-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering exceptional service.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><br></p><p><br></p>
