With over 3500 graduates worldwide and a consistent 50% annual revenue growth, Alruba Beauty is expanding its franchise model globally. Join us on this exciting journey as we empower makeup artists to become professionals and leave their clients satisfied.</p><p><br></p><p>Position: Salesperson</p><p>Location: Remote</p><p>Language Requirement: Fluent English B2</p><p>Experience: 1-2 Years</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><p>- Conduct daily phone negotiations and sales in English (no “cold calls”)</p><p>- Prepare and maintain the sales database using CRM systems like AmoCRM and Microsoft Excel</p><p>- Collaborate with the team to achieve sales targets and contribute to the growth of Alruba Beauty</p><p><br></p><p><strong>What We Offer:</strong></p><p>- Training and support provided by a personal trainer</p><p>- Opportunity for career growth, with the potential to advance to the head of the sales department</p><p>- Yearly bonuses based on sales plan achievement</p><p>- Possibility of relocating to Dubai, UAE</p><p>- Remote workplace, offering flexibility in working hours</p><p>- Competitive fixed monthly salary of AED 3500</p><p>- Minimum monthly sales target of AED 20,000</p><p>- If sales fall below 80% of the target, the fixed salary will be adjusted to AED 1750</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Requirements:</strong></p><p>- At least 1-2 years of relevant sales experience</p><p>- Ambitious, goal-oriented, open-minded, and responsible attitude</p><p>- Strong oral and written communication skills in English</p><p>- Ability to engage in daily negotiations and build relationships with prospective clients</p><p><span>- Computer and fast internet connection </span></p><p><br></p><p>If you are passionate about sales, have a keen eye for opportunities, and enjoy interacting with people, we invite you to join our dynamic team.
