<p><strong> Summary:</strong></p><ul><li>Sell and promote M2 products.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p><ul><li>IT and Multimedia products knowledge.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Understand the products specifications, intended use, and competitive edge, in order to communicate them effectively to the client.</li><li>Assess the client’s needs and provide the suitable suggestion and advice.</li><li>Actively seek out clients at the store and go the extra mile to drive sales and achieve targets.</li><li>Assist in product display, and prices’ update.</li><li>Implement different selling techniques as needed.</li><li>Remain updated with all the new technologies and emerged offers and discount, in order to well assist the clients and suggest the available options.</li><li>Process points of sale (POS) purchase.</li><li>Handle re-shuffling and return on merchandises.</li><li>Receive defective products, and effectively guide them for repair, while keeping open communication with the client by providing continuous update about the repair progress.</li><li>Comply with the inventory control procedures.</li></ul><p><br></p>
