If you have a passion for sales, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of achieving targets, we want to hear from you!</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Job Title: </strong>Sales Person</p><p><strong>Company:</strong> Mirka Group</p><p><strong>Location: </strong>Sulaymaniyah, Iraq</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><p>● Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.</p><p>● Identify and engage with potential clients through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and referrals.</p><p>● Conduct in-depth research to understand client needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their requirements.</p><p>● Deliver persuasive sales presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the benefits of our offerings.</p><p>● Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and repeat business.</p><p>● Negotiate and close sales deals, while adhering to company pricing and profitability guidelines.</p><p>● Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement targeted sales campaigns.</p><p>● Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitors’ activities to identify new business opportunities.</p><p>● Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Requirements:</strong></p><p>● Proven experience as a Salesman or in a similar sales role.</p><p>● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.</p><p>● Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.</p><p>● Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.</p><p>● Self-motivated and target-driven, with a passion for sales.</p><p>● Results-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.</p><p>● Familiarity with CRM software and sales analytics tools.</p><p>● Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).</p><p><br></p><p>We offer a competitive salary and commission structure, along with a comprehensive benefits package.
