<p>Persuasive Sales Representatives Wanted to Close Qualified Leads</p><p><br></p><p>We are seeking EXPERIENCED and PERSUASIVE sales representatives to join our team and help us grow our client base by CLOSING qualified leads.</p><p><br></p><p>Requirements:</p><p><br></p><p>Fluency in at least TWO of the following languages: English, Arabic, Russian, Ukrainian, Mandarin</p><p><br></p><p>Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales</p><p>Proven track record of closing deals and persuading candidates should apply</p><p>Ability to work independently and take initiative</p><p>Familiarity with sales management software and CRM systems</p><p>Understanding of AML and KYC policies and procedures</p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><p><br></p><p>Handle inbound/outbound sales through phone and in-person meetings</p><p>Book meetings with prospective clients and close qualified leads</p><p>Build and maintain strong relationships with clients</p><p>Address customer concerns and troubleshoot technical issues</p><p>Conduct market research and monitor competitor activity</p><p>Consistently log and update calls and leads into company-specific lead management system</p><p>Meet or exceed sales targets by closing qualified leads</p><p>Salary:</p><p><br></p><p>Competitive salary based on experience and performance (AED 5-7k Base + Monthly Performance Target Commissions)</p><p>Additional incentives for meeting or exceeding sales targets</p><p><br></p><p>We are looking for sales representatives who are skilled in persuasion, and are able to overcome objections and close deals.
