<p>Integrant Inc, is hiring a passionate and organized “Salesforce Senior Developer” to join us to support with below roles and responsibilities:</p><ul><li>You will be based in Egypt supporting the Operations team internally and clients in the US.</li><li>Manage the development and deployment of new projects and enhancements</li><li>Ensure that work-products meet business requirements and goals.</li><li>Contribute to translation of business requirements into well-architected solutions that best leverage the Salesforce platform</li><li>Estimate the level of effort to implement a solution based on business requirements</li><li>Lead technical design sessions, designing and documenting technical solutions that are aligned with the client’s business objectives</li><li>Performs root cause analysis for any technical application issues.</li><li>Contributes to planning and preparing documentation of the development and functioning of operational systems including technical reports and instructional manuals.</li><li>Support in business analysis , clients’ requests, and projects initiation</li><li>Kicking off the technical path in Integrant by providing knowledge sharing session to introduce it to our employee.</li><li>Design, operate, and integrate Salesforce systems to enable efficiencies in key areas of the business.</li><li>Provide coaching in best practices for Salesforce administration and implementation to enhance user experience.</li><li>Use Salesforce automation to streamline internal processes.</li><li>Manage multiple stakeholder engagements and work with relevant team members to learn project requirements, facilitate process analysis sessions, and develop technology solutions.</li><li>Identify project issues and risks, and present alternatives for alleviating or resolving them</li></ul><p>Requirements</p><ul><li>Minimum of 4 years of experience with Salesforce Declarative development using Process Builder, Workflows, Lightning App Builder, etc.</li><li>Minimum of 3 years of experience with Salesforce platform programming languages – Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, APEX, SOQL, and SOSL.</li><li>Minimum of 5 years of experience with Web Application Development.</li><li>Knowledge and experience with Salesforce architecture and APIs, Salesforce security configuration, sharing rules and user management.</li><li>Experience working with clients from US/UK.</li><li>Experience with Salesforce Community Portals.</li><li>Experience with the agile software development.</li><li>Extensive Apex and JavaScript development experience.</li><li>Front-end development experience with Lightning Web Components.</li><li>Proven integration experience using integration techniques – REST, SOAP APIs, oAuth and Single Sign-On.</li><li>Thorough understanding of Salesforce Deployment Process and tools.</li><li>Experience with enterprise integration tools and ETL (extract, transform, load) tools.</li><li>Problem-solving skills with the ability to work cross-functionally either on a team or as an individual contributor.</li><li>Strong presentation and communication skills.</li><li>Preference for candidates who are Salesforce.com certified in the following areas:</li></ul><p>Preferred skills and qualifications:</p><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree or equivalent:</li><li>Advanced Administrator.</li><li>Certified Platform Developer I</li><li>Certified Platform Developer II</li><li>Service Cloud Consultant</li><li>Platform App Builder</li><li>Einstein Analytics and Discovery Consultant.</li></ul><p>Benefits</p><ul><li>Why Integrant?</li><li>Competitive compensation package</li><li>Opportunity to travel and work onsite with U.S. customers</li><li>In-house Technical and English training programs</li><li>Flexible work schedules</li><li>Perks: events, sponsored lunch, game area, rooftop hangout + more!</li></ul><li></li>
