About this job

We are working on a major Salesforce deployment for a global IT company, and we are looking for our scrum team QA lead engineer to join our team working remotely (Remote 100%).

Responsibilities

–         Execute the E2E testing of code (Apex, LWC)

–         Create and manage test data

–         Understand test strategy and ensure that the work to be done in features includes the appropriate testing

–         Be able to speak for your team’s testing (test cases, both automated and manual, and test data etc.)

–         Selenium, FitNesse, JMeter, JEST : Understand the testing tools and frameworks used in and investigate new tools and technologies

–         Ensure proper defects lifecycle management

–         Identify where your team’s testing can be improved and hardened

–         Coach your team members on quality issues

–         Work with your team’s PO to maintain alignment between feature acceptance criteria and E2E test cases

–         Work with other QA leads in E2E testing

–         Create and maintain E2E test documentation

–         Help maintain Solution Test sets in Rally

Experience

–         Several years’ experience using automation test tools (Selenium, JEST, JMeter, FitNesse) is a must

–         Initial experience on Salesforce as a Developer (LWC, Apex, Objects, Permission Sets / Profiles) is mandatory

–         CI / CD experience -> mandatory

–         Knowledge of Experience Cloud is a plus

–         Service Cloud (Case management) is a plus

–         Ability to work with Scrum, Agile or similar (Scaled Agile Framework is a plus)

Expertise

–         Proficient in English (all meetings, emails will be in English)

–         Ability to work remote

–         You have already worked on large Salesforce projects using a Scrum or Agile methodology (Scaled Agile Framework is a plus)

Training/Degree

–         Computer engineer training, MIAGE, Information Science (Masters / Masters level) or equivalent in terms of work experience

–         Salesforce certifications are a plus
