<p>Job Title: SFDC Lead Developer</p><p>Department: IT</p><p>Function: Salesforce</p><p><br></p><p>We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Salesforce Developer to join our team as SFDC Lead Developer. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing technical leadership, designing technical solutions, and managing the offshore technical team.</p><p><br></p><p>Key Responsibilities:</p><ul><li>Manage Offshore technical team and review tasks on a daily basis</li><li>Understand requirements and perform analysis</li><li>Provide solution approach if required</li><li>Develop using APEX or declarative functionalities of Salesforce</li><li>Provide UAT support</li><li>Provide ad hoc support for Salesforce applications for the technical workstream</li><li>Ensure best practices, perform unit testing, and maintain good code coverage</li><li>Perform impact analysis if required</li><li>Hands-on experience on migrating classic components to Lightning</li><li>Proficient in Apex Classes, Triggers and Asynchronous Jobs (Batch, Queueable)</li><li>Ability to design and implement data migration strategies between legacy systems and Salesforce</li><li>Adhere to Salesforce best practices and governor limits and delivering efficient customizations</li></ul><p><br></p><p>Qualifications and Experience:</p><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field</li><li>12+ years of Salesforce technical experience</li><li>Certifications in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Salesforce Admin, Salesforce PD1 – good to have</li></ul><p><br></p><p>If you are a self-motivated individual with a passion for Salesforce and seeking an exciting opportunity to grow and develop your career, please apply now.
