Salesforce Developer (Sales Cloud and Service Cloud)

Job Description

<p><strong><u>Job Title:</u> </strong>Salesforce Techno Functional Consultant</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong><u>Educational Qualification and Certificates:</u> </strong>Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Salesforce administrator, PD1, Sales cloud, Service cloud. (must have at least <span>2 certificates</span>)</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong><u>Job Purpose:</u> </strong>We are looking for someone with 6 years plus of Salesforce development in <strong>Marketing Cloud </strong>who would be assisting in the implementation/ enhancements and support of Salesforce modules and responsible for the maintenance of Salesforce applications.</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>Role and Responsibilities:</p><p><strong>&nbsp;</strong></p><p>Maintain and customize CRM Sales, Service and <span>Marketing Cloud</span> implementations.</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>Interact with business users to conduct needs assessment study, prepare scope of works, and functional specification document for new applications or modifications to the current applications</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>Strong business analysis and functional experience, including requirements gathering, creating/documenting/deploying solutions to end users</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>Design and build high-performance, reusable, and reliable Apex code with best practices using Salesforce functionality (<span>APEX</span>, SOQL, SOSL, <span>Lightning Components</span>, etc.)</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>Salesforce Administration &amp; development of Process Builders, Workflows, Validations, Object Model, Profile/Role/Permission Set, Security etc.</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>Responsible to build integrations with other systems (ERP 12.2.6) using REST and Web Services, Experience working on <span>MuleSoft</span> for integration purpose.</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>Responsible to test and debug code to ensure that production systems continue to meet user needs, Support QA in functional and system level testing and fix defects, Coordinate testing (with business stakeholders) and sign-off, provide training to key business stakeholders on new features developed.</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>Troubleshoot issues, identify complex problems and analyze potential solutions including workarounds as well as provide timely fixes. Provide day-to-day end-user support.</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p><span>Act as hands-on primary developer of solutions using key Salesforce core programing languages (Apex, Visualforce,</span> <span>Lightning Web Components, HTML, XML, JavaScript, CSS, AJAX, SOQL, Rest APIs</span>).</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>Must have good communication skills to interact with business users, Ability to work on multiple tasks and deliver results with aggressive timelines in an Agile environment</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>Hands on experience on Mulesoft, HexaBPM, Nintex Drawloop is mandatory</p><p>&nbsp;</p>
