<p><strong>Job description</strong></p><p><br></p><p><strong>We are hiring people for real estate industry.</strong></p><p><br></p><p><strong>Location: Emaar Business Park 1, Office 302.</strong></p><p><br></p><p><strong>Below are the details.</strong></p><p><br></p><p><strong>Position: Sales Manager.</strong></p><p><br></p><p><strong>Organization:</strong> Foremen Fiefdom Real Estate</p><p><br></p><p><strong>About Position:</strong> We are looking to hire confident, enthusiastic, proactive, and assertive individuals to achieve sales targets on a consistent basis.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Duties and Responsibilities Summary:</strong></p><ul><li>Business development to identify new investors and clients.</li><li>The role includes prospecting potential clients, analyzing market trends, intermediate negotiation processes ensuring a fair and honest deal.</li><li>Planning monthly sales targets and executing them in the given time frame. Handling Sales activities with a focus on achieving predefined sales targets.</li><li>Develop new business opportunities in various geographies with research, prospecting to get leads to achieve the sales target.</li><li>Presentation to customers on our project. Managing activities pertaining to negotiating / finalization of deals.</li><li>Handling client objections, concerns, and queries effortlessly.</li><li>Be knowledgeable of the market and all new projects.</li><li>Manage a portfolio of listings.</li><li>Manage a portfolio of clients, with detailed information on their requirements.</li><li>Be a market specialist so you can advise and guide your clients.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Requirements:</strong></p><p><strong>× Proven sales experience is preferred.</strong></p><p><strong>× Well-presented and a good work ethics.</strong></p><p><strong>× Has excellent problem-solving skills.</strong></p><p><strong>× Demonstrates strong customer service skills.</strong></p><p><strong>× Possesses excellent organizational skills.</strong></p><p><strong>× Strong negotiation and communication skills.</strong></p><p><strong>× Excellent written and verbal communication skills especially email communication.</strong></p><p><strong>× Working knowledge of computer, such as MS Office.</strong></p><p><br></p><p><strong>Education and Professional qualifications: </strong>Any bachelor’s degree.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Experience:</strong> 1 Year (Preferred), we are open to freshers as well.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Monthly Salary Package:</strong> 3,500-10,000AED (depending upon the experience).</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Other variables:</strong> Earn up to 40% of sales commission.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Joining time:</strong> Immediate</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Other benefits:</strong> As per UAE labour law.</p>
