Job Description

To develop & lead a team of  Salesmen into delivering targeted coverage, volume, and in-store fundamentals.  

 

       Team Management
 
–  Provides the team with adequate training, coaching and mentoring in order to develop their conceptual selling skills, ensure development and proper career path.
 
– Organizes and staffs the team with adequate resources and talent in order to achieve the desired levels of Organizational Excellence.
 
     Sales
 
– Develops and leads the implementation of the customer’s business plan to achieve sales, share and in store fundamentals targets.
 
– Builds strong account relationships to drive accelerated business results.
 
–  Negotiates and manages customer trading terms (payment, logistics, pricing, funds) to achieve business targets.
 
      Market Intelligence
 
–  Communicates internally any event taken by customer/competitors which can have an impact on the business in order to take required action.
 
      Receivables

 – Oversees the process of collection of trade receivables in order to achieve targeted credit terms policy and adherence to SOPs.
 
    TM Purpose

– Acts as a role model by living Transmed Purpose on daily basis

 

Academic Education & Professional Certification

 

– BT or equivalent

 

Operational & Managerial Experience

 

–  4 – 6 years of experience in sales
