We are looking for Qualified Team Leader – Off Plan

We are based in Barsha Heights, Dubai looking for qualified Team Leader to join our Off-Plan Team.

 Responsibilities :

•           Prospecting potential clients, analyzing market trends, and intermediate negotiation processes ensure a fair and honest deal.

•           Planning monthly sales targets and executing them in the given time frame.

•           Effectively managing client enquiries, concerns, and objections.

•           Be knowledgeable of the market and all new projects.

•           Manage a portfolio of listings.

•           Shadow the agents on viewings and close the deal for them

Skills

 Required :

•           At least 2 years of experience in real estate.
