<p>We are looking for a team leader in the sales department. I have previous experience in a marketing agency</p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities</p><ul><li>Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets</li><li>Manage a team of sales agents, provide training and support to help them achieve their goals</li><li>Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners</li><li>Monitor and report on sales performance, analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for growth</li><li>Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to ensure a seamless customer experience</li><li>Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices</li></ul><p><br></p><p>Qualifications</p><p>Minimum 3 years of experience in Marketing agency sales, with at least 3 years as Sales Team Leader in the Marketing agency industry.</p><ul><li>Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing a team</li><li>Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills</li><li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills</li><li>Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment</li><li>Knowledge of ecommerce industry</li></ul><p><br></p>
