Sales Support Specialist

<p><strong>Summary:</strong></p><p>We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Support Specialist to join our team. The primary responsibilities of the role include tracking sales leads, coordinating quotes with Sales Engineers, providing exceptional customer service, and managing customer accounts. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in Industrial Design or other Engineering disciplines with experience in 3D design and printing. They should have excellent communication skills and be able to prepare technical and commercial proposals and coordinate internally with all involved departments. In addition, the Sales Support Specialist is responsible for monitoring sales and the performance of the sales team, recording sales data, and supporting marketing initiatives and sales admin requirements.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><p>• Track sales leads and maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions</p><p>• Prepare technical and commercial proposals, and coordinate internally with all involved departments to provide exceptional customer service to clients.</p><p>• Manage and maintain customer accounts, ensuring timely delivery of orders and resolving customer complaints</p><p>• Monitor sales and the performance of the sales team, and record sales data for analysis</p><p>• Provide support for marketing initiatives and sales admin requirements</p><p>• Participate in client visits and conferences or events to represent the company</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p><p>• B.S of Industrial Design or other Engineering major with 3D design and printing background</p><p><br></p><p><br></p><p>• Strong communication and interpersonal skills</p><p>• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment</p><p>• Interest in sales support, customer service, or a related field</p><p>• Fresh graduate to 6 months/1 year experience</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Job Location</strong></p><p>Al Qatif, Eastern Province, Saudi Arabia</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Success in the position:</strong></p><p>Success in this position will be demonstrated by maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions, coordinating quotes with Sales Engineers, managing and maintaining customer accounts, monitoring sales and the performance of the sales team, and supporting marketing initiatives and sales admin requirements.
