Sales Support Coordinator

Job Description

<p>We are looking for a Sales Support Specialist with good experience in a manufacturing related sales environment. The candidate (he or she) must possess a good career record within the UAE.</p><p><br></p><p><strong><u>Job Responsibilities</u></strong></p><p><br></p><ul><li>Receive and direct Inquiries from clients, through email, phone, or through the sales team.</li><li>Process Inquiries through the right channel of estimation and production, in coordination with the Sales Manager.</li><li>Prepare Quotes, with the needed approvals, and send to client / customer.</li><li>Contact clients / customers before quoting for further questions or clarification, and for follow up after quotations.</li><li>Liaise with the production and later the logistics departments to ensure timely deliveries.</li><li>Maintain and update sales and customer records.</li><li>Develop daily, weekly, and monthly reports for sales and operations, in line with the company’s practices.</li><li>Communicate important feedback from clients / customers internally, update teams and managers concerned. </li><li>Generate Invoices and delivery notes, get the proper approvals, signatures and acknowledgments. </li><li>Reports to Sales Manager – Working closely with Sales and Production Teams</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong><u>Job Requirement</u></strong></p><p><br></p><ul><li>The Candidate should be a university or college degree holder.</li><li>Excellent knowledge of MS Office, and any other sales related / CRM ERP.</li><li>3 years of extensive experience in manufacturing related sales environment.</li><li>Should have a proven work experience in the UAE or the GCC.</li><li>Should have an excellent written and oral communication.</li><li><span>Team player and works well under pressure.</span></li></ul>
