Job Description
<p>We are looking for experienced Sales Coordinators (Philippines) to support our sales team and communicate with customers and management. You will be responsible for scheduling, feedback, documentation and information. You will help the team achieve their goals and grow the company. </p><p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Will be the first contact point for the leads and inquiries through phones and emails</li><li>Coordinate sales team by managing schedules, filing important documents and communicating relevant information</li><li>Ensuring all Sales Representatives have high-quality, up-to-date support material.</li><li>Responsible for filling the sales gap by providing assistance to the sales team </li><li>Responsible for handling orders by phone and email, and initiating the quick action needed. </li><li>Able to process quotations for direct queries and inquiries from the on-field sales team. </li><li>Ensure the adequacy of sales-related equipment or material </li><li>Handle the processing of all orders with accuracy and timeliness </li><li>Inform clients of unforeseen delays or problems </li><li>Respond to complaints from customers and give after-sales support when requested </li><li>Store and sort financial and non-financial data in electronic form and present reports</li><li>Handle the processing of all orders with accuracy and timeliness</li><li>Inform clients of unforeseen delays or problems</li><li>Monitor the team’s progress, identify shortcomings and propose improvements</li><li>Assist in the preparation and organizing of promotional material or events</li><li>Ensure adherence to laws and policies</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p><ul><li>5+ Years of experience</li><li>Experience in the building material sector preferred</li><li>Driving License will be an advantage</li><li>Good computer skills (MS Office)</li><li>Capable to handle outdoor sales also </li><li>Proficiency in English</li><li>Well-organized and responsible with an aptitude in problem-solving</li><li>A team player with a high level of dedication</li></ul>
