Responsibilities
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the sales support and back-office operations department
- Create, implement, and maintain processes to improve operational efficiency
- Manage and lead a team of support staff, providing guidance and coaching as needed
- Ensure all tasks related to supporting the sales team are completed accurately and within established timelines
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure operational efficiency and deliver an exceptional customer experience
- Develop and maintain relevant KPIs and metrics to track the performance of the team and department
