As the Sales Support & Back-Office Operations Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing and leading a team of support staff and overseeing the daily operations of the department. Responsibilities

  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the sales support and back-office operations department
  • Create, implement, and maintain processes to improve operational efficiency
  • Manage and lead a team of support staff, providing guidance and coaching as needed
  • Ensure all tasks related to supporting the sales team are completed accurately and within established timelines
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure operational efficiency and deliver an exceptional customer experience
  • Develop and maintain relevant KPIs and metrics to track the performance of the team and department
