Job Description

Minimum of three years of experience in sales and management, preferably in the salon professional or cosmetics industry.<p><br></p>Knowledgeable about the beauty industry, current market trends, and salon operations.<p><br></p>Familiarity with the local beauty salon industry in KSA and an understanding of the products and services offered by competitors.<p><br></p>Excellent communication and negotiation skills.<p><br></p>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.<p><br></p>Proficient in Microsoft Office and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software.<p><br></p>Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.<p><br></p>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with clients.<p><br></p>Fluency in Arabic and English is required.<p><br></p>Ability to identify opportunities and develop strategies to drive sales growth.
