<p>We have an opportunity for a Sales Supervisor at Saudi Arabia HQ. We continue to grow and develop our footprint in the Kingdom, and with this in mind, we are looking for someone energetic who could manage the whole process and support the development of new businesses in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The role is essentially the face of the business to our reps and ensures we retain and grow our business. This role will need to proactively leverage existing and build new networking opportunities in a way that strengthens the organization’s relationship with key stakeholders, Ultimately ensuring EPGT achieves its strategic objectives and success in the Saudi Arabian market.</p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><p><br></p><ul><li>Align with the EPGT operations teams to enhance customer experience and maximize EPGT business profitability and sustainability.</li><li>Follow up on sales representatives in all branches and provide them with training sessions&nbsp;when needed.</li><li>Monitor, analyze, and take accountability for performance affecting improvements in sales/revenue growth, sales productivity, and sales quality.</li><li>To implement the sales strategies plans and brand development.</li><li>Meet and/or exceed monthly, quarterly, and yearly team sales targets</li><li>Select, manage, and develop a high-performing team of telesales representatives</li><li>Create reports showing Sales %, and Collection %.</li><li>Regularly monitor compliance with processes and where possible identify areas where improvements can be made</li><li>Ensure all costs are captured in the regular weekly and monthly reports</li></ul><p><br></p><p>Your Qualifications</p><ul><li>5+ years of experience in Sales in the country of reference (KSA, UAE).</li><li>Experience in the FMCG or Pharmaceutical &amp; Healthcare Industry, managing traditional trade or retails is a must.</li><li>Startup experience or a high-growth company is a plus.</li></ul><p><br></p><p>Benefits:</p><ul><li>Good Salary Package Basic Start from 6500 – 12000SR as per experience + Monthly Bonus 80% of Basic</li><li>Yearly Profit Share.</li><li>Medical Insurance &amp; Mobile Allowance.</li></ul><p><br></p><p>**** FOR ONLY Saudi Or NON SAUDI Inside KSA</p><p>**** Work Immediately is a must</p>
