If you want to make an impact, to grow your experience and to challenge your comfort zone, then join us at Qatar Airways Cargo and be part of The Next Generation of change-makers.<p><br></p>We are pleased to announce this incredibly exciting opportunity to be part of <strong>Qatar Airways Cargo Global Sales team</strong> as a <strong>Sales Steering Specialist</strong> in our office in <strong>Doha.</strong><p><br></p>Join the <strong>#MovedByPeople family</strong> and leave a mark as part of the Cargo Global Sales team.<p><br></p>In this role, you will be responsible to support the successful implementation of the Global Sales Strategy and its corresponding activities for the assigned region by guiding and steering the Cargo’s sales organisation towards revenue and return on investment maximization.<p><br></p>As part of your role, your key responsibilities will include:<p><br></p><ul><li> Identify and liaise with other key stakeholders (RM/pricing, Sales Planning, etc.) necessary to the successful implementation of sales steering objectives.</li><li> Drive the implementation of the client strategy as set in conjunction with Sales Planning, ensuring we are continuously improving the performance metrics for our customers.</li><li> Through diligent analysis of market intelligence and internal data, looks for opportunities to steer the optimal destination mix for each Point of Sale and breaks down these opportunities into specific sales actions.</li><li> Measures sales effectiveness by reporting an agreed-upon set Sales KPIs and works alongside the sales teams supporting their achievement</li><li> Looks at sales activities and processes with the aim of identifying which ones bring value to the business and helps prioritise them.</li></ul><p><br></p><strong>Be part of an extraordinary story </strong><p><br></p>Your skills. Join us as we dare to achieve what’s never been done before.<p><br></p>Together, everything is possible<p><br></p><strong><u>Qualifications</u></strong><p><br></p><strong>About you</strong><p><br></p><ul><li> Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with minimum of 4 years of job- related experience</li><li> Experience working an analytical/numerical role</li><li> Knowledge of market benchmarking and competition monitoring</li><li> Understanding of B2B commercial processes and strategy</li><li> Strong quantitative and analytical skills with advanced Excel abilities</li><li> Excellent spoken and written English skills with strong persuasion and influencing capabilities</li><li> Ability to lead and work extensively with cross- functional teams, in a faced- paced working environment</li></ul><p><br></p><strong><u>About Qatar Airways Group</u></strong><p><br></p>Our story started with four aircraft.
