<p><strong>Main Responsibilities and tasks:</strong></p><p>-&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Execute&nbsp;the&nbsp;business&nbsp;strategy&nbsp;in&nbsp;accordance&nbsp;with&nbsp;the&nbsp;company’s&nbsp;growth&nbsp;and&nbsp;objectives.</p><p>-&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Increase awareness of medical devices and consumables among physicians and healthcare professionals in private and public hospitals.</p><p>-&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Communicate&nbsp;with&nbsp;healthcare&nbsp;professionals proactively&nbsp;to&nbsp;increase&nbsp;satisfaction&nbsp;and&nbsp;loyalty.</p><p>-&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Establish&nbsp;and&nbsp;maintain&nbsp;strong&nbsp;working&nbsp;relationships&nbsp;with&nbsp;medical&nbsp;personnel&nbsp;and support&nbsp;administrative&nbsp;staff.</p><p>-&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Create and implement&nbsp;clinical&nbsp;education&nbsp;programs&nbsp;for&nbsp;key&nbsp;accounts.</p><p>-&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Maintain&nbsp;current&nbsp;knowledge&nbsp;of&nbsp;the&nbsp;device’s&nbsp;latest&nbsp;clinical&nbsp;outcomes&nbsp;and&nbsp;interpret,&nbsp;present,&nbsp;and&nbsp;discuss&nbsp;this&nbsp;data&nbsp;with&nbsp;health&nbsp;professionals.</p><p>-&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Assist&nbsp;healthcare&nbsp;specialists&nbsp;in&nbsp;operating&nbsp;rooms,&nbsp;catheterization&nbsp;labs,&nbsp;and&nbsp;other&nbsp;locations.</p><p>-&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Provide&nbsp;technical&nbsp;support&nbsp;during&nbsp;the&nbsp;preoperative,&nbsp;intraoperative,&nbsp;and&nbsp;postoperative&nbsp;phases.</p><p>-&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Organize&nbsp;and&nbsp;deliver&nbsp;training&nbsp;sessions&nbsp;for&nbsp;medical&nbsp;professionals&nbsp;through&nbsp;workshops,&nbsp;forums,&nbsp;and&nbsp;seminars.</p><p>-&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Maintain&nbsp;a&nbsp;deep&nbsp;knowledge&nbsp;of market information.</p><p>-&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Stay&nbsp;updated&nbsp;on&nbsp;competitor&nbsp;activity&nbsp;and&nbsp;products.</p><p>-&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Map potential accounts and generate leads for the company.</p><p>-&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Plan work schedules and weekly and monthly timetables.</p><p>-&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Maintain detailed&nbsp;records&nbsp;of&nbsp;all&nbsp;contacts.</p><p>-&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Provide&nbsp;periodic&nbsp;updates&nbsp;to&nbsp;management&nbsp;detailing&nbsp;activities,&nbsp;results,&nbsp;follow-up&nbsp;actions,&nbsp;and&nbsp;comments.</p><p>-&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Execute other duties as assigned by the line manager.</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p><ul><li>Biomedical engineering, pharmacy, perfusionist, or registered nurse degrees.</li><li>A minimum of 3 years’ sales experience in the medical device industry (cardiac &amp; peripheral lines).</li><li>English and French fluency.</li><li>Strong written and oral communication skills.</li><li>Moderate to high level of experience with MS Office.</li><li>Excellent presentation skills, familiar with PowerPoint, teams, Zoom, etc.</li><li>Demonstrated knowledge and ability to deliver fundamental training.</li><li>Strong commercial/financial acumen.</li><li>Travel flexibility.</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p>
