Purpose of the Role:

The sales Specialist is responsible for increasing the number of partners with YFS, boosting our revenues, and ensuring that YFS services standards are met to ensure a great experience for our customers. The main role of the Sales Specialist is to identify and unlock key partnership opportunities for Yalla Fel Sekka, that bring desired results both in terms of revenue growth as well as business performance.

Note: Based on candidate experience this job posting can be upgraded to a senior-level sales specialist.
Main Responsibilities:

  • Promote YFS services across all operating verticals and locations.
  • Secure new partnerships, while maintaining and upselling with current YFS clients.

  • Working hard to drive in sales
  • Being knowledgeable about the products/services
  • Building and nurturing the relationship with on-ground operation teams ensure timely delivery of sales and partnership projects.

Qualifications & Required Skills

  • 4-6 Years of Experience as a Sales Associate or any related area
  • Good understanding of sales and customer service
  • Able to communicate well with customers
  • Ability to work in dynamic and engaging environments. Customer-friendly
  • Previous experience within ecommerce sector is a must
  • Secure new partnerships, while maintaining and upselling with current YFS clients.
