About the job<p><br></p><p>We’re looking for an experienced Sales Specialist to join our dynamic team. At ZAT solutions , we provide a range of development services for individuals and corporates including training, marketing, feasibility studies, leadership, and personal development courses.&nbsp;</p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><p><br></p><p>1. Understand the offerings of our company and effectively communicate our services to potential clients.</p><p>2. Develop relationships with potential clients and cultivate new leads.</p><p>3. Conduct market research to identify sales opportunities and evaluate customer needs.</p><p>4. Present, promote and sell our services to existing and prospective clients.</p><p>5. Maintain client records and ensure follow-ups to secure sales or determine the reasons for losses.</p><p>6. Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in the industry.</p><p>7. Collaborate with team members to achieve better results.</p><p><br></p><p>Qualifications:</p><p><br></p><p>1. Proven sales experience, ideally in a similar sector.</p><p>2. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.</p><p>3. Self-motivated and driven with a track record of meeting and exceeding targets.</p><p>4. Knowledge of CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.</p><p>5. Excellent customer service and relationship building skills.</p><p>6. Familiarity with BRM and CRM practices along with the ability to build productive business professional relationships.</p><p>7.
