<p>We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced sales specialist to join our creative media production agency as a remote team member. As a Sales Specialist, you will play a vital role in driving the growth of our startup by handling inquiries, nurturing leads, and converting them into sales appointments or closed deals. This is a part-time position, requiring 4 hours per day, 5 days a week.</p><p><br></p><p><u> Key Responsibilities:</u></p><p><br></p><ul><li>Handle incoming inquiries via various channels (email, phone, social media) promptly and professionally.</li><li>Engage with potential clients to understand their needs and educate them about our agency services.</li><li>Use CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software to manage leads, track sales activities, and maintain accurate records.</li><li>Convert leads into qualified sales appointments or closed deals, meeting or exceeding monthly sales targets.</li><li>Follow up with prospects at different stages of the sales cycle, building strong relationships and addressing any concerns or objections.</li><li>Collaborate with the production team to ensure smooth transition and effective communication during the project handover process.</li><li>Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and new media production techniques to provide valuable insights to potential clients.</li><li>Provide feedback to the marketing team on lead generation strategies and opportunities for improvement.</li><li>Meet the clients at the office and facilitate contract signing appointments.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><br></p><p><u>Requirements and Qualifications:</u></p><p><br></p><ul><li>2-4 years of experience in sales, (preferably within media production or digital media industry).</li><li>Bachelor degree in Business Administration or a related field.</li><li>Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.</li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach.</li><li>Proficiency in using CRM software to manage leads and track sales activities.</li><li>Ability to work independently and remotely, demonstrating self-motivation and discipline.</li><li>High attention to detail and organizational skills to manage multiple leads simultaneously.</li><li>Familiarity with media production terminology and processes is highly desirable.</li><li>A positive attitude, resilience, and adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.</li><li>Availability for two-week training period to learn about our services, sales strategies, and CRM software.</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p>We offer a competitive compensation package, along with the opportunity to learn and work with a unique fun team building the success of our startup.
