CloudLink is launching a new Sale division in Marrakech. CloudLink is a fast-growing organization, specializing in Information Technology Consultations and Services. We are currently seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our expanding team. The ideal candidate will be an energetic and tenacious professional, passionate about sales and customer service.

Responsibilities:

  • Generate new business leads and opportunities through cold calling, networking, and other prospecting techniques.
  • Maintain and grow existing client relationships through excellent customer service and regular follow-ups.
  • Conduct presentations and demonstrations to showcase our IT services to potential clients.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve set targets and objectives.
  • Prepare and submit accurate sales forecasts, reports, and activity logs to management.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve any issues promptly.
  • Attend industry events, conferences, and networking functions to stay up-to-date on market trends and competitor activities.
  • Continuously improve sales skills and product knowledge to effectively communicate the value proposition to prospects and clients.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in the Information Technology sector.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong negotiation, persuasion, and presentation abilities.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
  • Willingness to travel frequently for client meetings and industry events.
