We look forward to hearing from you!</span></p><p><strong>Sales Specialist Duties:</strong></p><ul><li>Develop relationships with clients and potential clients</li><li>Identify, qualify, and maintain existing accounts</li><li>Provide excellent customer service by responding to clients’ needs in a timely manner</li><li>Develop customized selling strategies</li><li>Establish and maintain professional rapport with clients</li></ul><p><strong>Sales Specialist Responsibilities:</strong></p><p>· Assist clients by answering questions about products, services, and price plans</p><p>· Identify and develop leads through cold calling, referrals and networking</p><p>· Develop relationships and advance the sales funnel from initial contact to sale</p><p>· Initiate new customer and vendor relationships and expand existing work relationships</p><p>· Research and qualify leads, providing recommendations to clients</p><p>· Assist with lead generation, tracking, and follow-up</p><p>· Maintain records of sales calls and conversations</p><p>· Prepare and maintain client files</p><p>· Assist with account management, including client billing, responding to customer inquiries, and maintaining client relationships</p><p><strong>Requirements And Skills:</strong></p><p>· Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related field</p><p>· 2+ years experience in a sales capacity</p><p>· Knowledge of structured cabling, active network components, and IP-based systems.</p>
