Sales & Sales Coordinator
Job Brief
The goal is to facilitate the sales team & Office activities to maximize their performance and the solid and long-lasting development of the company in addition to reaching the set target for quotes, orders, and follow up. And also, knowledge in Multitasking is a plus
Skills Required:
1. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
2. The capacity to work well on your own or in a team.
3. Proven experience in sales; experience as a sales coordinator or in other administrative positions will be considered a plus;
4. Good computer skills (MS Office)/Tally
5. Knowledgeable about using B2B system
6. Experience in the sales industry is a Plus.
Requirements:
1. Minimum 2+ Years of overall experience especially in the sales and trading field in UAE. Water
and Water & Waste Water Treatment companies preferable
2. Good Command over English Language is a must.
3. Demonstrated track record of performance and commitment.
4. Excellent professional image.

Job description
β€’ Responsible for the preparation and submission of techno-commercial
β€’ Proposals and tenders for various Turnkey projects (STP, WTP,UF,RO).
β€’ Preparation of STP, WTP, ETP, RO, DM plant proposal.
β€’ Other Responsibilities include cost estimation, vendor analysis and selection, feasibility, study, resource allocation etc…
β€’ Selection of rotating equipment s like pumps, Blowers, Agitators, Compressors etc
β€’ Preparation of BOQ.
β€’ 1. Coordinates with the sales team, managing schedules, filing important documents and communicating relevant information.
β€’ 2. Ensures all customers have up-to-date information and materials.
β€’ 3. Handles calls, emails, and answers customer queries with accuracy and timeliness.
β€’ 4. Ensures orders and inquiries are processed according to customer requirements.
β€’ 5. Maintains electronic filing systems to keep sales records and provides general information to the management when needed.
β€’ 6. Inform the management of any delay in the process in the follow-up.
β€’ 7. Follows up with customers and achieves sales order and quotations target every day.
β€’ 8. Performs any other tasks as asked by the manager.
β€’ 9. Knows how to prepare PO’s, Invoice Delivery notes, Submittal, and letters.
β€’ 10. Knowledgeable on handling freight forwarders.
β€’ 11. Able to handle the petty cash expenses and costing with respect to the sales activities
