You will meet with prospects, create their first impression of our operations, collect the basic information of their request, provide prospects with our experience that is the most relevant to their case in order to engage them in a more detailed conversation. </span></li><li><span>Prepare and deliver compelling proposals to potential clients, showcasing the value and benefits of our software services.</span></li><li><span>Maintain control and organization of sales materials, including presentations, website content, company profile in social networks and product/service information.</span></li><li><span>Follow up with leads and prospects to nurture relationships and convert them into sales opportunities.</span></li><li><span>Log all sales activities, including lead details, interactions, and progress in HubSpot CRM system.</span></li><li><span>Utilize LinkedIn, Google ads to set up automatic outreach, customer discovery and advertising company for establishing and expanding the company’s outreach to potential customers, actively searching for new leads and engaging with key decision-makers.</span></li><li><span>Develop a deep understanding of the company’s services, history and technological stack, keep up-to-date with industry trends and developments.</span></li><li><span>Collaborate closely with the technical and project management teams while working on proposals and follow-ups.</span></li><li><span>Strive to achieve key performance indicators (KPIs), including lead-in monthly increase, lead-to-proposal conversion rate, and proposal-to-negotiation conversion rate.</span></li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>It will be your advantages if you</strong><span>:</span></p><ul><li><span>Speaking arabic or Russian languages;</span></li><li><span>An educational background or experience in IT or a related field;</span></li><li><span>Have familiarity with LinkedIn and other professional networking platforms for lead generation and customer discovery;</span></li><li><span>Have the ability to quickly grasp technical concepts and effectively articulate the value of software services to potential clients.</span></li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>We will be checking your next key metrics (KPIs):</strong></p><p><br></p><ul><li><span>lead-in monthly increase,</span></li><li><span>lead-to-proposal conversion rate</span></li><li><span>proposal-to-negotiation conversion rate.</span></li></ul><p><br></p><p><span>As part of our selection process, shortlisted candidates will be requested to complete a short-term test task. This task will involve creating a 3-minute video where you will introduce and highlight our company’s services to potential clients. To assist you in this task, we will provide you with a link to our website and other relevant materials that showcase our company and its offerings. </span></p><p><br></p><p><span>This video presentation will help us evaluate your communication skills, understanding of our services, and ability to engage potential clients effectively.
