<p><strong>key Accountability </strong></p><p><br></p><p>Responsible for managing and servicing existing</p><p>outlets while prospecting and developing new accounts with a focus on building</p><p>long term customer relationships and increasing sales revenue in the HORECA</p><p>Segment.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p><p><br></p><p>• Achieve targeted sales volume and value through</p><p>daily visits to customers according to route plan.</p><p>• Collect due payments through following up with</p><p>customers to contribute to the targeted cashflow percentage.</p><p>• Ensure moving all registered customers through</p><p>continuous communication, reviewing orders history, negotiation, then</p><p>invoicing accordingly as per received Purchase Order.</p><p>• Reach to and re-activate non-active customers to</p><p>ensure expansion and profitability.</p><p>• Increase Weight of Basket size for existing</p><p>customers to ensure profitability on an SKU level.</p><p>• Expand customers’ base through penetration to new</p><p>customers and areas through conducting area scan.</p><p>• Build and maintain relationship with customers</p><p>through regular visits, follow-up, and exceptional customer service.</p><p>• Monitor and audit customers’ stock level and/or</p><p>available vending machines, and report it to the Sales Supervisor, to ensure</p><p>proper replenishment to the customer.</p><p>• Follow up with the warehouse on deliveries, in</p><p>order to achieve SLA and customer satisfaction.</p><p>• Update the Sales Supervisor on sales performance</p><p>and activities through daily reports.</p><p>• Employee duties are not limited only to the</p><p>above-mentioned accountabilities; he/she may perform other duties as assigned</p><p>within scope.</p><p> </p><p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p><p><br></p><p>• BSc Degree in Business Administration or similar.</p><p>• 2 – 3 Years of Experience preferably in Food</p><p>Services industry.</p><p>• MS Office Suite.</p><p>• Strong oral and written communication skills.</p><p>• Excellent Persuasion, negotiation and influencing</p><p>Skills.</p><p>• High levels of professionalism with internal and external customers.</p>
