A Leading Holding company operating in Dubai, Saudi Arabia, and Jordan seeking to hire a talented and creative <u><strong>Sales Representative</strong></u> to join our dynamic team in <strong><u>Jordan Branch</u></strong> ,<p><br></p>The candidate should meet the following requirements:<p><br></p><ul><li> Gender: Not Specified (Female preferred). </li><li> Age: 21-35. </li><li> Sales Experience: 2-3 year’s experience. </li><li> Customer Service Skills: </li></ul><p><br></p>Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to provide exceptional customer service, understand customer needs, and recommend appropriate products.<p><br></p><ul><li> Upselling and Cross-selling: </li></ul><p><br></p>Ability to effectively promote and upsell related products to increase sales and maximize customer satisfaction.<p><br></p><ul><li> Product Demonstration: </li></ul><p><br></p>Proficiency in demonstrating toy functionalities or showcasing stationery features to customers, highlighting their value and benefits.<p><br></p><ul><li> Active Listening: </li></ul><p><br></p>Skill to listen to attentively customer inquiries, concerns, or preferences and provide appropriate solutions or recommendations.<p><br></p><ul><li> Cash Handling: </li></ul><p><br></p>Competence in handling cash transactions, processing payments accurately, and operating cash registers or point-of-sale systems.<p><br></p><ul><li> Inventory Management: </li></ul><p><br></p>Familiarity with inventory control procedures, including restocking, organizing merchandise, and maintaining stock levels.<p><br></p><ul><li> Teamwork: </li></ul><p><br></p>Capability to collaborate with colleagues to ensure smooth operations, coordinate product displays, and support overall booth objectives.<p><br></p><ul><li> Adaptability: </li></ul><p><br></p>Flexibility to work in a dynamic retail environment, handle multiple tasks, and quickly adapt to changing customer demands.<p><br></p><ul><li> Problem-Solving: </li></ul><p><br></p>Ability to resolve customer complaints or issues promptly and professionally, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.<p><br></p><ul><li> Basic Computer Skills: </li></ul><p><br></p>Proficiency in using computer systems or software for sales transactions, inventory management, and generating reports.<p><br></p>Kindly provide us with your resume to the email :<p><br></p><strong>Cv@doroob.com.jo</strong><p><br></p>
