Looking for a doorway into one of the biggest industries in the world) We are looking for a Sales Representative professional to join our growing team.<p><br></p><strong> A Day in the Life </strong><p><br></p><ul><li> Promote and sell Medtronic’s products and services within an assigned geographic area and /or specific customer accounts to meet or exceed sales targets. </li><li> Responsible for developing, building, and strengthening long-term relationships with stakeholders including distributors and healthcare professionals. </li><li> Responsible for pursuing leads, assessing needs and providing product services to maximize the benefits derived from Medtronic’s products and/or services. </li><li> Promote and establishes education of the company’s products and/or services. </li><li> Conducts market research including customers and competitors’ activities. </li><li> Implement market development plans/strategies and changes as needed. </li><li> Communicates customer feedback on new products and/or modifications to existing products or applications to internal stakeholders including Operations and Marketing. </li><li> Covering accounts in remote area across central region <br></li></ul><p><br></p><strong> Must Haves </strong><p><br></p>Have: Minimum Requirements<p><br></p><ul><li> Bachelor’s degree required (in pharmacy or equivalent specialty) </li><li> Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience as sales rep and working knowledge of company products and services preferably in diabetes field </li><li> Well familiar with all accounts in Central Region (Governmental & Private sector) </li><li> Strong Communications & Negotiation skills. </li><li> Preferably candidates from similar diabetes industries <br></li></ul><p><br></p><strong> We Offer </strong><p><br></p>We offer a competitive salary and benefits package to all our employees:<p><br></p><ul><li> Flexible working environment </li><li> Annual Incentive Plan % depending on company results </li><li> Pension scheme and group discount on healthcare insurance </li><li> Training possibilities via Cornerstone/Harvard Manage Monitor/Skills Lab </li><li> Employee Assistance Program and Recognize!
