<p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Upselling products and services</li><li>Researching and qualifying new leads</li><li>Closing sales and achieving sales targets</li><li>Act as an ambassador for the Brand at all times</li><li>Maintain an excellent level of customer service</li><li>Staying informed about competing products and services</li><li>Keeping up with product and service information and updates</li><li>Creating and maintaining a database of current and potential customers</li><li>Understanding customers’ needs and identifying sales opportunities</li><li>To educate customers to the brand, explaining the history of the brand to new clients</li><li>Keep your client list aware of upcoming events and any new products</li><li>Work to achieve sales targets, drive store business and grow the client base</li><li>Perform as a team player and contribute to the overall objectives of the store and Company</li><li>Explaining and demonstrating features of products and services</li><li>Demonstrate knowledge of products along with exceptional selling skills and recommendations</li><li><span>Maintain the highest degree of customer service every day and aim to exceed customer expectations of services and products, thereby ensuring high customer satisfaction continuously</span></li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p><ul><li><span>Product Knowledge in Mont blanc, swatch Swiss, Lancel, OMEGA, Audemars Piguet, Flik Flak Swatch</span></li><li><span>Build strong relationships with customers</span></li><li><span>1-2 years of experience in a related field</span></li><li><span>Well-presented</span></li><li><span>Upselling Cross-Selling</span></li><li><span><span class=”ql-cursor”></span>BA in Marketing or business management</span></li></ul>
