<p>Are you a highly motivated and results-driven individual with a passion for sales and business development? Musco International Sales Team is currently seeking a dynamic Sales Representative to join our team and contribute to our continued growth in Saudi Arabia and surrounding regions. As a Sales Representative, you will play a pivotal role in executing and managing the sales plan for a defined territory, striving to exceed sales and profitability goals while fostering strong customer relationships. More details about the role are below.</p><p><br></p><ul><li>Development strong communication networks and relationships with key contractors, specifiers, and end-users in the marketplace.</li><li>Conduct product and service presentations and demonstrations to prospective clients, effectively conveying the value and benefits of our offerings, utilizing the tools available (sales presentations, meetings, field visits and tradeshows).</li><li>Assess customer’s lighting needs and determine which Musco products and services best suit their needs.</li><li>Prepare budget estimates / quotes for customers’ lighting needs using the pricing tools.</li><li>Identify / define key relationships and decision makers to maximize Musco’s position on projects.</li><li>Work in a team environment to analyze the project from a sales, business, and engineering perspective.</li><li>Participate in field work required (measuring / assessing fields, confirming pole locations, assisting at installations, night light tests, trouble-shooting and warranty inspections). </li><li>Ensure that pertinent project information and documentation in sales database is maintained accurately and up to date.</li><li>Communicate regularly with the sales coordinator to monitor needs / concerns within the territory and for allocation of resource purposes.</li><li>Participate in corporate meetings / conference calls as necessary.</li><li>Conduct thorough market research to identify new business opportunities and stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.</li><li>Negotiate prices and agreements including credit terms and collection timeline.</li><li>Manage Musco’s sales-productivity software tools to effectively communicate and track project activities.</li><li>Other duties as assigned.</li></ul>
