Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Retail Sales Promoter to join our team As a sales promoter, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our range of home appliances to customers in a retail environment. Your goal will be to provide exceptional customer service, demonstrate product features, and drive sales.
Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and assist them in selecting the right home appliances based on their needs
- Demonstrate the features and benefits of various home appliances to customers
- Answer customer inquiries regarding product specifications, pricing, and availability
- Assist in maintaining a clean and organized sales floor, including restocking merchandise and arranging displays
- Meet and exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the store
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to effectively promote and sell home appliances
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process, ensuring customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with team members to achieve store goals and objectives
Skills
Requirements:
- Previous experience in retail sales, preferably in home appliances or television,
- Knowledge of home appliances or Television and their features
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent customer service abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Sales-driven mindset with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in sales or marketing is a plus
Salary between AED 3000 to AED 3500
