<ul><li>Research areas where the company can add value and develop new business relationships.</li><li>Maintain relationships with existing clients and manage key client projects.</li><li>Make a well-established network of potential lead providers like developers, real estate companies, consultants, and architects.</li><li>Register our company with esteemed client groups as their regular vendor.</li><li>Observe the company’s sales process and identify areas for improvement.</li><li>Create and implement sales strategies for organization to grow its customer base and increase revenue.</li><li>Provide consultation to clients on MVP Appliances products/services.</li><li>Understand the customersβ needs. Demonstrate technical expertise to develop credibility, loyalty, trust, and commitment.</li><li>Follow up on new/upcoming tender opportunities, prepare technical and commercial offers with appropriate presentations and required documents.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Qualifications and Experience:</strong></p><ul><li>Minimum 10 years of experience (sales management, business development, project management) <span>preferably in kitchen/home appliances industry.</span></li><li>Having wide network of contacts across the region with Contractors, Consultants, Designers, Architects, Developers.</li><li> Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization, including executive and C-level</li><li>Ability to work under pressure and strong sense of commitment. </li></ul>
