With a collective strength of 10 brands, we have more than 200 million monthly users that trust in our dedication to providing them with the best platform for their needs.<p><br></p>Support and enable Revenues teams to sell better, faster, and more efficiently through planning, analysis and being an excellent coordinator with exceptional communication skills<p><br></p><strong>Responsibilities</strong><p><br></p><ul><li>Tracking sales funnels and operational business drivers to provide regular insights to business.</li><li>Responsible for leads management processes for direct sales channels by ensuring the quality of leads and the assignment process and explore new ways of generating leads</li><li>Ensure the sustainability of dubizzle EG payment channels, in addition to exploring new payment channels</li><li>Courier Management handling daily shipments, invoicing and tracking the pipeline of old shipments</li><li>Self-serve management including daily figures reporting, monthly closing and finance closing</li><li>Account management tasks including topping up B2C and self-serve account with balance on daily basis</li><li>Monthly reporting on revenue and sales figures in addition keeping an eye on paying clients performance, that includes acquired clients through sales channels and users acquired organically online while owning accounts management lifecycle</li><li>Oversees all aspects of the operational activities that vary depending on size, scope and require flexibility management solutions using planning, monitoring and controlling processes.</li><li>Contribute to continuous improvement activities & find solutions and alternatives for operational obstacles</li><li>Ensure that CRM applications is updated and has all needed dashboards</li><li>Only channels of communication with CRM product experts to fix/enhance system flows</li><li>Sales channels productivity tracking and enhancements<br></li></ul><p><br></p><strong>Requirements</strong><p><br></p><ul><li>Bachelor degree of relevant field.</li><li>2+ years of expereince, admisntration & sales cooridnation experience is a plus</li><li>Working knowledge of MS office</li><li>Excellent interpersonal and problem solving skills.</li><li>Excellent communication skills.</li><li>Creative thinking skills.Strong project management skills</li><li>Ability to take initiative and prioritize in a constantly-changing work environment</li><li>Data driven decision making mentality and sound business judgment through strong analytical thinking</li><li>Roll up your sleeves and get into the detail approach<br></li></ul><p><br></p><strong>Benefits</strong><p><br></p><ul><li>A fast paced, high performing team.</li><li>Comprehensive Health Insurance</li><li>Life Insurance</li><li>Rewards & Recognitions</li><li>Learning & Development opportunities<br></li></ul><p><br></p>#dubizzleegypt
