As a Sales Operations Executive, you will be responsible for supporting, enabling, and driving the sales teams to sell better, faster, and more efficiently. You will provide support through strategically implemented tools and engagement techniques to enable them to focus more on selling to drive business results.

You will work closely to support the clients as a key point of contact operationally and as a key support for the relevant account manager

In this role, you will:

Lead Management:

  • Maintain and manage sales databases by taking ownership of documentation.
  • Actively research social media, government database, etc. for potential new clients
  • Verify the existing pools and assign the active client to the Business Development Managers based on location and language preferences as per rotations.
  • Maintain, update, and edit client’s information.
  • Assist with supporting new business onboarding through account set up & go live.
  • Provide operational support & point of contact assistance to our clients, in line with the defined account support matrix.

Business Enablement:

  • Support in onboarding, and educating new and current sales managers
  • Set up methodologies and processes on an ongoing basis.
  • Share reporting on operational performance to provide insights in order to streamline the processes
  • Utilise all business tools made available to you, such as Sales CRM, Learning Management System, Product updates etc
  • Keep up to date with real estate industry laws and local industry news, sharing this information with your team and clients as appropriate.
  • Provide Sales/Account Managers appropriate insight into issues and opportunities associated with their accounts.
  • Work with our sales team to improve our sales process and help us close more sales opportunities.
  • Collect and examine data by using the information gathered to create coherent, intelligent reports
  • Present the reports to your team and to management.
  • Provide actionable insights to guide the sales and marketing teams
  • Use performance data to pinpoint gaps in knowledge or skills of the sales team.

Technical Support and Ops Support:

  • Serve as the sales team’s liaison to tech and operation teams to gather feedback and reporting issues
  • Liaison with product team for features and value add on services for effective execution.
