<p><strong>Job Details</strong></p><p><strong>• Job Summary</strong></p><p>Sales &amp; Marketing Manager leads and oversees the development and growth of profitable new international business, while cultivating key relationships to support sustainable growth in our company</p><p><br></p><p>Sales &amp; Marketing Manager spearheads and oversees the development of businesses in international territories, aiming for profit growth and strong client relationships. He conducts extensive market research and analyses, develop strategic business plans, set goals and timelines, and participate in negotiating with potential business partners and building positive relationships. Perform regular assessments, ensuring operations comply with government or industry regulations. Moreover, as Sales &amp; Marketing Manager, you have responsibility to lead initiatives while implementing company standards and regulations.</p><p><br></p><ul><li><strong>Major Responsibilities</strong></li></ul><p>• Identifies and develops new business opportunities.&nbsp;</p><p>• Manages key client relationships and works to build new ones.</p><p>• Expands the profile and reach of the company and its brands.</p><p>• Leads sales, marketing, customer-service, and client relationship management teams.</p><p>• Tracks emerging markets and trends.</p><p>•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Provides advice on product development and distribution and promotion strategies.&nbsp;</p><p>• Conducts webinars and presentations to raise the brand or product profile.&nbsp;</p><p>• Selects prospective vendors and negotiates contracts.&nbsp;</p><p>• Travels to vendor locations, distributions centers, and other locations.&nbsp;</p><p>• Develop new sales in other markets like&nbsp;&nbsp;Africa /Europe / Arab gulf.</p><p>• Monitor competitor pricing and properly set marketing campaigns to maintain and increase market share while evaluating ROI for price sensitive markets.&nbsp;</p><p>• Design and produce video sales training materials for international distributors.</p><p>• Establish new international accounts while cultivating successful partnerships with existing accounts to support growth identifying areas for new growth.</p><p>• Building solid relationships with customers, vendors, and distributors, as well as sales and marketing teams.&nbsp;</p><p><br></p><p><strong>*Requirements&nbsp;</strong></p><p>• Manufacturing background&nbsp;(Automotive, car batteries )&nbsp;</p><p>• Relevant experience in INTERNATIONAL marketing (beyond local market in Egypt)&nbsp;</p><p>• Proven success story in establishing suppliers &amp; customers network in African, Europe &amp; Asian markets</p><p>• 10-15 years of experience&nbsp;in international markets</p><p>• Strong ability to develop plans &amp; lead their implementation with hands on experience &amp; actual contribution&nbsp;</p><p>• Solid financial &amp; commercial feasibility studies experience from market research up to conclusions &amp; recommendations for realistic business opportunities.&nbsp;</p><p>• Superior Communication skills internally with other departments &amp; externally with various parties.&nbsp;</p><p><br></p>
