If you possess a proven track record of success and are eager to take on a challenging role with a market leader, we invite you to apply today.</p><p> </p><p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p><p>- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and increase market share in the UAE and Middle East region.</p><p>- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders in target markets.</p><p>- Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities and stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments.</p><p>- Lead the sales team to achieve sales targets and provide coaching and guidance to enhance their performance.</p><p>- Develop and manage the sales budget, forecast sales targets, and report on sales performance regularly.</p><p>- Negotiate and close high-value deals with customers and partners, while ensuring that contractual terms and conditions are favorable to the company.</p><p>- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and exhibitions to build brand awareness and generate leads.</p><p>- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, production, and customer service, to ensure that customer needs are met and projects are delivered on time and within budget.</p><p>- Provide feedback to senior management on market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to inform product development and marketing strategies.</p><ul><li>- Maintain a deep understanding of the company’s products and services and effectively communicate their value proposition to customers.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree</li><li>Experience in Electrical Switchgear Marketing &amp; Sales</li><li>Strong creative, analytical and communication skills</li></ul>
