Cairo, Egypt.</p><p><br></p><p>If you are strong in leadership, presentation and have the right initiative for the job, then apply for the position of Sales Marketing Manager at Yanabea for Training and Development Co. today!</p><p><br></p><p><strong><u> Key job responsibilities:</u></strong></p><p><br></p><p>The core functions of the Sales Specialist include:</p><ul><li>Work on the corporate sales funnel, collecting the necessary data to analyze each step and identify opportunities for improvement</li><li>Establish an efficient system to manage your leads’ sales funnel</li><li>Reach out to new customers and making presentations outlining the benefits of Yanabea</li><li>Understand the client requirements and making needed customizing as per their needs</li><li>Constant development of the corporate sales funnel, optimizing the system you build with your daily learning at Yanabea</li><li>Maintain excellent relationships with all potential and existing clients</li><li>Support the managers on urgent VP inquiries owning the investigation of an escalation from start to end, including preparing the final responses to senior leaders, following the narrative style format</li><li>Contact the client directly to gather data for root cause analysis, troubleshooting, and close the case.</li><li>Prepares sales plans using company tools. Performs regular status reviews and proposes recovery plan(s) in cases of potential order shortfalls.</li><li>Conduct data queries and general data analytics related to escalations the team handling</li><li>Manage process improvement initiatives, including the scoping and implementation of projects stemming from escalations</li><li>Effectively communicate with both internal and external customers.</li><li>Serve as a role model by displaying good judgment, a positive work ethics, strong interpersonal skills, and adherence to company policies and a commitment to excellent customer service</li><li>Successfully complete approved special projects as assigned</li></ul><p><strong><u>Basic Qualifications</u></strong></p><ul><li>Fluency in both Arabic and English (spoken and written)</li><li>Prior Work experience in Education field</li><li>Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field</li><li>Minimum Five Years of Experience</li><li>Illustrate communicating and/or presenting to Sr. Leaders or other stakeholders</li><li>Demonstrate flexibility in work hours based on scheduling needs and customer demands</li><li>A minimum of six months of experience handling customer escalated contacts such as Social Media.</li></ul><p><strong><u>Preferred Qualifications</u></strong></p><p><strong><u> </u></strong></p><p><strong><u> </u>PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS</strong></p><ul><li>Proficiency in other languages</li><li>Proficient project management skills (communication, planning, documentation) and the proven ability to identify opportunities, and drive them to completion</li></ul><p><strong><u>Company Benefits</u></strong></p><ul><li>Learning opportunities</li><li>Opportunities to grow</li><li>Advantageous package</li><li>Social Insurance</li></ul>
