<p><strong>JOB DESCRIPTION:</strong></p><ul><li>Drive the strategic sales planning for the establishment and growth of the new sales</li><li>Build, manage, and mentor a high-performing sales team to meet and exceed sales goals.</li><li>Hand-hold clients on the entire booking journey from initial inquiry till trip completion.</li><li>Familiarity with Excel, at least 1 GDS system, Bed Banks and end-to-end DMC interaction.</li><li>Understand and anticipate the unique travel preferences, patterns, and needs of customers</li><li>Utilize the existing portfolio of travel products and services to design appealing and tailored packages</li><li>Nurture and maintain strong relationships with key partners to optimize sales results.</li><li>Monitor travel market trends in the region and adapt sales strategies as necessary.</li><li>Collaborate with the key stakeholders and departments of the organization to align business strategies and goals.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Job Requirements </strong></p><ul><li><strong>A minimum of 7 years of experience in the travel industry, with at least 3 years in a sales managerial role.</strong></li><li>Excellent communication and negotiation skills are essential for this role.</li><li><strong>Location: DUBAI</strong></li><li><strong>AED 6000- 8,000 + COMMISSION (RANGING BETWEEN 15-25%)</strong></li></ul>
