The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 4 years of experience in real estate sales management in UAE, demonstrating a proven track record of success in leading and motivating a sales team.</span></p><p><br></p><p><strong>MUST HAVE:</strong></p><p><span>Experience as a Real Estate Sales Manager or Team leader in UAE- </span><strong>MUST</strong></p><p><span>Only immediate joiners</span></p><p><br></p><p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li><span>Lead and manage a team of real estate sales agents, providing guidance, support, and training to drive their individual and overall team success.</span></li><li><span>Set sales targets and objectives for the team, monitoring their progress and ensuring goals are achieved.</span></li><li><span>Develop and implement effective sales strategies and tactics to maximize revenue and market share.</span></li><li><span>Identify, recruit, and train new sales agents, ensuring they are well-equipped and knowledgeable about company policies, procedures, and services.</span></li><li><span>Maintain a strong understanding of local real estate market trends, pricing, competitor analysis, and industry developments.</span></li><li><span>Conduct meetings with team members and briefing to ensure that all team members are aligned with their effort.</span></li><li><span>Going for client meeting with team members.</span></li><li><span>Provide guidance and assist sellers and buyers in marketing and purchasing property for the right price under the best terms.</span></li><li><span>Determine presentation to the clients on the project.</span></li><li><span>Managing activities pertaining to negotiating / finalization of deals.</span></li><li><span>Handling client objections, concerns, and queries effortlessly.</span></li><li><span>Consult clients on market conditions, prices, and related matters, ensuring a fair and honest dealing.</span></li><li><span>Perform comparative market analysis to estimate properties’ value.</span></li><li><span>Display and market real property to possible buyers.</span></li><li><span>Prepare necessary paperwork (contracts, deeds, closing statements, etc.).</span></li><li><span>Maintain and update listings of available properties.</span></li><li><span>Develop new business opportunities by researching prospecting new ventures within the industry.</span></li><li><span>Promote sales through advertisements, open houses, and listing services.</span></li><li><span>Remain knowledgeable about the real estate market and best practices.</span></li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Requirements:</strong></p><ul><li><span>Proven working experience as a Real Estate Manager in UAE- Must.</span></li><li><span>Minimum 3 to 4 years of experience in real estate sales manager.</span></li><li><span>Minimum 3+ years’ experience in handling a team.</span></li><li><span>Proven track of successful sales record.</span></li><li><span>Ability to work independently combined with excellent interpersonal skills.</span></li><li><span>Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills.</span></li><li><span>Pleasant and trustworthy.</span></li><li><span>Excellent leadership and coaching skills.</span></li><li><span>Real estate agent’s or broker’s license is compulsory.</span></li></ul><p><span>Job Type: Full-time</span></p><p><br></p><p><span>Salary: Up to AED7,000.00 per month (Negotiable based on experience)</span></p><p><br></p><p><span>Ability to commute/relocate:</span></p><ul><li><span>Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)</span></li></ul><p><br></p><p><span>Education:</span></p><ul><li><span>Bachelor’s (Required)</span></li></ul><p><br></p><p><span>Experience:</span></p><ul><li><span>Real Estate Sales Manager: 4 years (Required)</span></li></ul><p><br></p><p><span>Language:</span></p><ul><li><span>English (Required)</span></li></ul><p><br></p><p><span>License/Certification:</span></p><ul><li><span>Driving License (Required)</span></li><li><span>Real Estate Broker or Agent (Required)</span></li></ul><p><br></p><p><span>Willingness to travel:</span></p><ul><li><span>50% (Required)</span></li></ul><p><br></p>
