We as onhunters are searching <strong><u>for our customer Leca </u></strong>( part of Saint Gobain Group) they are a European leader in lightweight expanded clay aggregate for the building and infrastructure markets. They have developed innovative water management products, including <strong><u>Filtralite®</u></strong>, which is widely used for water filtration in Drinking &amp; Wastewater plants. With a solid customer base in Scandinavia, <strong>they are now expanding into the Middle East </strong>market and seeking a dedicated Filtralite Sales Manager for the Middle East, to develop sales strategies and acquire new clients, with a strong focus on pre-treatment filtration solutions for Sea Water Reverse Osmosis plants.<br><br><strong><u>Job Description<br><br></u></strong>As a Filtralite Sales Manager for the Middle East, <strong>you will be responsible for driving sales and managing the tender process for our water filtering media solutions.</strong> This challenging role requires a proactive and highly driven individual who can analyze and develop the water management market in the Middle East,<strong> with a specific focus on filtering solutions for pre-treatment. <br><br></strong><strong><u>Your Key Responsibilities Will Include<br></u></strong><ul><li> Achieving direct sales and managing tender processes</li><li> Building and maintaining solid customer relationships</li><li> Emphasizing product features based on customer needs and technical knowledge</li><li> Assisting in the implementation of company marketing plans as needed<br></li></ul><strong><u>Requirements<br><br></u></strong><strong><u>Requirements:<br><br></u></strong>To succeed in this role, you must meet the following requirements:<br><ul><li> Passion for sales and business development, with a minimum of 10 years of experience in sales in the water industry </li><li> Autonomous, extroverted, and able to establish contacts and open doors at all levels</li><li> Self-motivated and results-oriented mindset</li><li> Willingness to travel within the Middle East area, with a preferred base in Dubai</li><li> Strong network in the water and energy market in the Middle East, including relationships with local Water and Electricity Authorities, consultants, construction, and operating companies</li><li> Fluent in Arabic and English (spoken and written)</li><li> Familiarity with multicultural work environments, including experience outside the Middle East</li><li>Engineer degree <br></li></ul><strong><u>How To Apply<br><br></u></strong>If you are passionate about sales and have the required skills and experience,<strong> we invite you to submit your resume and a cover letter </strong>detailing your qualifications and achievements and why you are the best candidate for the position.<br><br>Note: This job description is intended to provide a general overview of the position and does not encompass all tasks or responsibilities that may be required that will be part of the interview with Leca<br><br><strong><u>What We Offer<br></u></strong><ul><li>a full time project and visa</li><li>a salary package with housing and transportations plus bonus</li><li>the possibility to join the leader of the market and a big company worldwide</li></ul>
