<p>Parure Atelier is looking for an employee for the position of “Sales Manager (Russian Speaking)” for their new boutique in Dubai. We are looking for a person who will sell one-of-a-kind jewellery pieces and make customers’ dreams come true.</p><p><br></p><p>The ideal candidate is a motivated, well-organized individual who has a deep understanding of developing strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.&nbsp;</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Main responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Provide exceptional customer service by communicating and assisting clients, identifying their needs and exceeding their expectations</li><li>Work with existing clients and look for opportunities to bring in new clients</li><li>Handle incoming requests via social media and the phone</li><li>Implementation of the plan and sales targets</li><li>Constant personal growth and education in order to increase sales</li><li>Execute administrative tasks</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p><ul><li>2+ years’ of successful sales experience (in high jewellery and luxury will be an advantage)</li><li>Fluent in Russian and English is a must</li><li>Strong communication skills</li><li>Strong organization skills and attention to details</li><li>Sales driven</li><li>Honest and positive attitude towards work and clients</li><li>Quick learner and involvement in any process</li><li>Ability to achieve goals set by the management</li><li>Ability to identify and meet customers’ needs</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Working conditions&nbsp;</strong></p><ul><li>Official employment</li><li>Work visa after probation period</li><li>Salary + % of sales</li><li>Bonus system</li></ul><p><br></p>
