We are looking for Sales Managers Real Estate who can proactively and consistently achieve monthly Sale Targets.<br><br><strong><u>Responsibilities<br></u></strong><ul><li>The job includes reaching out to potential clients, evaluating market trends, and engaging in negotiation processes to ensure fair and honest deals.</li><li>Setting monthly sales goals and carrying them out within the allotted period, managing sales efforts with a goal of meeting set sales targets.</li><li>Create new business prospects across a range of geographies using prospecting and research to generate leads and hit the sales target.</li><li>Presentation of the off-plan projects to customers, managing tasks related to contract negotiation and completion.</li><li>Effectively managing client enquiries, concerns, and objections.</li><li>Establishing an international and regional network of real estate brokers, keeping a huge database of brokers, channel partners, and individual clients, diligently updating sales records and customer data in salesforce.</li></ul>
