Job Description

We are Sales Manager for our reputed client in Perfume Industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading a team of sales representatives and driving revenue growth for our perfume products. You will play a crucial role in developing and implementing sales strategies, managing key accounts, and expanding our customer base.

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with the senior management team to develop sales strategies and action plans that align with the company’s objectives and market trends in the perfume industry.
Lead and motivate a team of sales representatives, providing coaching, training, and guidance to enhance their selling skills and ensure the achievement of individual and team sales targets.
Regularly monitor and analyse sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective measures to enhance sales effectiveness.
Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, distributors, and retailers to secure business opportunities and maximize sales volume.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including new markets, partnerships, and distribution channels, to expand the company’s market presence.
Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences, and use this information to inform sales and marketing strategies.
Develop and manage the sales department’s budget and sales forecast, ensuring that financial objectives are met or exceeded.
Possess an in-depth understanding of the company’s perfume products, their unique selling points, and the competitive advantages they offer to effectively communicate and promote them to customers.
Conduct compelling sales presentations and negotiations with potential clients, ensuring that all customers’ needs are addressed professionally.
Generate regular sales reports and performance analyses to present to the management team, offering insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
Represent the company at industry trade shows, events, and exhibitions, networking with potential clients and partners to expand business opportunities.
