Job summary:

Responsible for the sales activities, managing profitability and operational integrity of the team and providing overall leadership for the team.

 

Major and Mandatory Requirements:

 

·      Should have experience in Dubai Real Estate (Brokerage) for more than 5 years out of which at least 3 should have been as a Manager (managing a team of brokers (OFF PLAN)

·      Excellent communication skills in English;

·      Very well versed with MS Office;

·      Well-educated with a Masters degree or at least a Bachelors Degree;

·      Should have valid UAE driving license

 

Summary of essential job functions:

·      Ensures the team services supports the overall corporate objective to provide superior services;

·      Ensures the team members meets all regulatory compliance standards, laws & regulations and following all operating policies and procedures;

·      In accordance with the Director of Sales, plans, implements and manages the operating and capital budgets to maximize team profitability;

·      Sets targets and establishes incentive schemes that motivate members of their team to reach or exceed sales targets;

·      Promote staff development through training, cross-training and career planning. Conducts training sessions to discuss sales techniques, ethics, and methods of maintaining sales quotas;

·      Directs teams’ business development through different campaigns, targeted direct mailing and participating in events and exhibitions;

·      Allocating areas to sales agents and consultants;

·      Review closing statements and may attend closing transactions;

·      Liaising with Management and HR on internal issues;

·      Actively being involved in recruiting agents and supporting the HR in meeting the recruitment target for the team;

·      Having weekly meetings with the team to understand the business status and advising them on improvements;

·      Approachable by the team whenever required and be able to handle the conflicts;
